• First boil clean water and save some. Reduce heat and temperature of the remaining water on fire by adding some fresh water.
  • Dissolve your measured CASSALINA in the warm water while stirring till lump-free dough is formed.
  • Cook and stir with moderate heat. Add hot water from the reserved water or sprinkle in more CASSALINA to achieve the desired texture. Do not overcook.
  • Serve hot with your favourite soup.
